The app uses the Libretro system with PCSX2 and Play! cores for PS2 emulation. To top it off, this app uses a friendly UI based on Lemuroid.

Developed by Gamer Home, this app is based on several open-source emulation projects and combines their good features to provide convenience and an overall better user experience. PS / PS2 / PSP game emulator has taken some features, inspirations, and codes from Libretro, AetherSX2, Play!, MAME4droid, Lemuroid, Dolphin, Citra, PPSSPP, and PCSX2.
