NeonDS (DS)

NeonDS was a very promising work-in-progress Nintendo DS emulator with dozens of cool features such as forced 60 fps, enhanced graphics renderer for NVIDIA and ATI graphics cards, and a couple of texture options. The version 0.1.1 release comes with partial 3D engine support, while the latest version features better overall stability and optimization. NeonDS can run dozens of commercial games at 60 fps - which makes it very ideal during its time. 

Although accuracy and compatibility might not be high compared to other emulators, the ability to be able to play your favorite NDS title at full speed is a nice feature. The list of compatible games you can play is available on the developer's website, any other games not on the list might not work properly. Unfortunately, the last update was version 0.2.1 and was updated back in 2011. The main website was also taken down and there are no available open-source codes, nor any news regarding future updates on the developers. Hence, NeonDS is no longer a viable option for today's NDS emulation.
