Mednafen is a lightweight and portable multi-system emulator capable of running more than a dozen gaming consoles including the popular Sega Genesis/ Megadrive. This emulator provides many useful features such as the ability to remap hotkey functions and virtual system inputs to a keyboard and/or joystick, real-time game rewinding, screen snapshots, save states, audiovisual recording (in QuickTime file format), and more.
