Horizon (Acorn 8 bit)

Fancy playing some retro titles from the Acorn 8-bit machine on your Mac? Experience one of the first functional console emulators for the Macintosh system with the Horizon emulator.

Formerly a Mac port of the emulator BeebEm and was named MacBeebEm, Horizon is now a standalone multi-system emulator that can emulate BBC Model B, Acorn Electron, and Acorn 8-bit, and play the few available games such as Elite, Caterpillar, and Hopper. The latest macOS version (Horizon v2.1.1) adds an enhanced GUI and a variety of significant improvements over the original version.
